It's one of our favourite sites it has a health club that the oh loves, fish n chip shop on site, bar restaurant which is dog friendly and a lovely outdoor patio area when the weather permits, is terraced so pitches at different levels, very big site but never felt crowded, go if July they have an American car show on site, there is a dog walk out the back of the site, a good walk into town and a great walk to Dawlish, there is/ was a pub/restaurant near the beach I think it had a dog friendly area inside, we had good weather the last time we visited and sat outside 👍
