Our tourer is site stored in a village near Filey. The owner pulls in the caravan out when we go up puts it on a pitch, all pitches have own EHU and water tap, and the pitches are large. There are no showers or toilet facilities so we have to use ours in the caravan. The only communal areas are the toilet waste (husband always wears disposable gloves) and bins obviously we wash our hands after using these anyway.
We always take food & drink up with us so very occasionally will pick up food after being out for the day.
So in terms of contracting the virus it's probably very small. We would choose not to go to busy areas when out.

I suppose the Government can insist that caravan parks and campsites can open but all communal showers toilets and washing up areas remain closed. As do playgrounds, swimming pools and club houses.

It's just the issue of more people visiting possibly small seaside towns or rural villages.

We are happy to use our own facilities, but only if we are allowed to go away and its safe.
We have spent most of this nice weather in our garden, with walks daily locally. Since easement we have been out in our car to places for a walk.
Our nearest coast is N.Wales, so we cannot go there. We are not into sunbathing on crowded beaches anyway!
