I was just wondering if other people find it as hard as I do to find info on seasonal pitches. I have gone through the search on here and it brings up lots that say they are seasonal but when you get on their website there's no info. I would like to see the price, length of season and payment options. The idea of going seasonal is new to us and this info would be useful. Do people pay all the fees up front or are there sites that offer split payments? OR am I just being too picky, fussy and useless!!

I had the same problem when looking for our seasonal pitch. Very few sites give details on their websites. Most don't need to advertise as they probably have a waiting list. I found the only way was to pick up the phone and make appointments to visit sites in your chosen area.
Most sites take a deposit at the end of one season with the balance due a month before the start of the next season.
I have found this too, and the only answer is to email or phone to get the required info.

Contact them for details as they vary a lot.
We have to pay up front with a deposit at the end of the previous season.
Look out for metered leccie. Some include leccie, others charge extra.
Ask them if the store your van during the closed season.
When I had a share in a seasonal pitch at Ty Isaf campsite on a working farm near Bala, the season ran from start of April to end of October and you paid for winter storage at the end of the season, also the next year's pitch fee. Electricity, water and use of site facilities was included. The field was spacious too; you didn't feel crammed in like a couple we'd looked at.
