Hi all

Can anyone recommend camp sites in north wales that are open and have spaces. We want one near water, river, stream if possible. Have two tents and a dog.

Campsites in Wales are closed until the 25th July.
However
we have a seasonal here.
Its a two minute walk to the lake.

Nantycol falls site is on a river with waterfall and campfires allowed. Couple miles inland from shell island.

We’re on a site at the moment in Wales and it’s quite busy. They are NOT shut, just the showers and toilets so you need your own.

News on the BBC app today shows 500 cars parked along the main road at Snowdonia, making it into a single track road. People camping in lay-bys too.
N Wales is off my go-to list until it’s bit less frantic! but I hope you can find a pitch on a perfect site, and have a good break.

Going to a campsite in Cardigan bay tomorrow definately not shut, but did state only taking carravans and motorhomes with own facilities until 25th of july
