We arrived at a campsite in Wales yesterday, no showers open (the toilets are). Also no bins.   I thought they were allowed to open from the 25th July? Could anyone with a better internet connection than me Check this out please?

They are allowed, but not obliged. It's up to the individual sites really. Some sites will be better suited to distancing than others.

I've been to two sites in West wales close to my home, and both had the toilet blocks fully open. You should check with the site owners as they are not obliged to open.

as others have said - allowed but not obligatory - up to the campsite owners to decide if they can manage it with social distancing and the extra cleaning that will be required.
