You’ve posted on the UK Campsites forum. Probably better on the Life in General forum.
Living full time is a fairly common question, if you Search the topic.
Dentist. Voting. Tax. Post. Pension. Credit card / contactless payments if Covid is still around. Bank. Sites have to limit your time on site for their licence, not all sites are open 12 months. So - not just your medication.
Fulltiming often appears in the Motorhome and Caravan section.

Hi all I'm thinking of going touring for a year, but I need my long term medication, how do you get these.
It depends what medication you are on. Talk to your doctor about it and ask for advice what to do.
We full timed for a year, ordered OH script on line and our son picked it up and posted it to which ever site we were staying on.
If OH needed blood tests etc, asked Dr to delay them (if not urgent) as he was temporarily working away from home 😉
Usually called around our old home address every 3 months or so. Luckily our son bought our house.
We found that in many countries you could take a copy of your prescription, or the packet, into a pharmacist and simply buy some more. It's also possible to get some routine blood tests done - we didn't need to, but several fellow campers we met in Spain had done it.
