The First Minister has announced anticipated dates for relaxation of Covid restrictions in Scotland. April 26th is when travel restrictions WITHIN Scotland are hoped to be lifted, but travel to/from other parts of the UK may be a little later.

I read the news carefully too.
Mainland Scotland goes down from current Level 4 (“stay home”) to Level 3 (“stay local”) on 26 April. As you say, sites can open then, in line with published tourism guidance.
But we can’t leave our “stay local” Level 3 (Local Authority) areas, or go into another Level 3 areas. So we can’t go camping outside our Council area up here until the mainland goes down to Level 2 on 17 May.
It’s better news for people who aren’t in our Levels system (coming from England, say) - they can pass through our Level 3 areas in transit to their site: a Holiday park owner told my friend that he can’t go to the static he owns, 2 hours drive from home, but visitors from south of the Border are allowed to go when the site reopens on 26 April.
I need another hobby - this camping lark isn’t very satisfying this year! Fingers crossed that restrictions are lifted more quickly than the timetable set out today, we’ll find that out in another 3 weeks.

Where did you get this info from Fiona?

A big lifting of restrictions the week before the election, who'd have thought it
No surprise that travel from England may be a "little later", obviously travelling from Glasgow to the Highlands is much less of a virus risk than travelling from rural Cumbria...

Fiona, correct me if I'm wrong, but the 'stay local' is from 2nd. April.
Lifting travel restrictions within mainland Scotland is from 26th. At least Aberdeenshire is quite a large area. However, even when we can travel outside our local area, I'm not sure what level restrictions may apply.
Also remember that people coming from other parts of the UK, are bound by Scottish rules as soon as they cross the border.
In today's briefing, the FM said...
Restrictions on journeys between Scotland and other parts of the UK are likely to be lifted on 26 April, or "as soon as possible thereafter".
However, Ms Sturgeon warned that international travel would not be possible until at least mid-May due to the risk of importing new cases of the virus.
She said that "our view is that it may well not be possible for a further period after that" - and that pre-departure and post-arrival testing would likely remain in place "for some time to come".

As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
I wonder what the definition of 'stay local' is? I think in Wales it's 'stay within five miles', which is not going to help you much if you're in a rural area in either country.

CAMC have updated their information to say Scottish sites will not be opening until the 26th April and that anyone who had a booking before 26th April should cancel/amend their booking. They had been taking a wait and see before cancelling stance but after the speech have obviously decided their is little hope of them being allowed to open until the 26th April with the "stay local advice.
Not too surprised (or disappointed). I didn't really expect any lifting of restrictions till after the Easter hols to avoid large numbers of people coming north. The 'stay local' does give people in Scotland a fair amount of freedom as the local authority areas are quite big - but of course, nothing will be open for them to see!
The notion of staying 'home' or 'within 5 miles' could never have worked here as the nearest shops, health centre etc.. are a lot further. As time went on, you wouldn't believe that there was a lockdown as people generally went about their business.
Hopefully we'll get away somewhere in May. We're really looking forward to seeing our family in the Midlands.

We are booked for Fort William mid May. The site has updated its website with the following
The Scottish Government have announced that tourist accommodation can open from the 26th of April and we plan to re-open on that date. We do not yet know what UK-wide transport restrictions will be in place at that time, but according to the current schedule travel within mainland Scotland will be allowed from the 26th of April.
We are limiting the number pitches available and have a very flexible cancellation policy so it’s advisable to book early. See our Staying with us Guide to find out more about the measures we have in place
So I’m hoping we will get to go. I suppose we still can do no more than wait and see.
I did notice there is no mention of whether any facilities will be open.
Thankfully we have a fully serviced pitch booked so won’t be a problem to us either way. But I’m sure a lot of people with tents and camper vans would like the answer.
