Hi, not even sure if this is possible but we have a booking for Hayfield next week (from this Saturday to a week on Sunday) but we're unable to go due to an escalating family crisis.
I wondered if it might be possible to transfer the booking to another party? I haven't spoke to the campsite or C & C club.
That's a shame as you booked so far ahead! Hope it is nothing serious.
Not entirely certain if your booking can be transferred to another party, as it should be linked to your club membership (if you are a member).
However, if the other party is not a club member, he/she may be able to use your booking by paying the non-member nightly fee.
I have never done this before, and am hoping the other more seasoned campers will be able to advise soon!
How about changing it to a later date for yourself?
Good luck!

Your booking has been logged as your membership number so wouldn't be transferred to a third party member unless arranged and agreed to by the C&C Club. You need to speak to C&C booking department and get the right answer you need as you may get a difference of opinion on a forum.
If you can't then maybe there is a business in that. It should be no skin off the campsite nose and would do the booking party a relief and the 'wanting to book party' a late window which they would not otherwise get and thus they may be happy to pay a few quid to the website owner to have that spur of the moment late opportunity . It could be a real boon in this restrictive Covid-era where would be regular Playa Blanca et al holiday makers are looking where they can go on Dear Old Blighty this summer.
Listen up ukcampsite.co.uk, if I see you doing this now for a profit I want my cut :-)
