I have never stayed at any of their holiday parks, therefore I cannot recommend or comment about them.
Once you have found a site that takes your fancy, you could check their reviews using the Cam Site Search function of this board.
Good luck.

Try a Site Search centred on where you want to go & tick 'Open all year' (plus all the other things you need: touring caravan, dog / no dogs etc). I'd also tick 'seasonals' as entertainment seems more likely with a predictable audience. There won't be lot as many touring sites shut in the autumn. Won't take long to just check reviews dated January.
Good luck.
The OP seems to be asking for recommendations rather than just a “have a search”.
I personally have no experience of NYE on a site but would imagine something like Haven/Parkdean etc would be a fair starting point if anyone can advise xx

The OP has looked at Parkdean and they don't take touring caravans.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
