Looking at their website, it says there are basic pitches, then various levels of electric pitches, some have water also. So presumably your pitch is basic?
I’d get back to them to confirm what type of pitch you want, as it might be a mistake. You’d only be charged for water use if you’re on a fully serviced pitch. It may be that these are the only pitches left - the basic pitches might be booked up.

Has anyone ever been to the touring field at the orchards haven park near Clacton Essex?
They want me to add £32 to cover electric and water use but I’m sure all the pitches have it as standard. Should I bother paying it?
The pitches have the option of hookup and water point, but you pay extra to use them
"Utility services are included in the cost of your holiday. You can choose to remove this add-on by un-ticking the box below, but please be aware that by doing this you will NOT have access to utilities on your pitch, which could include electricity and water."
For example six nights from 25th Sept is £60 for basic pitch or £84 including the hookup / water point. It's the same pitch, but without use of the extras!
access to utilities on YOUR pitch is the clue, just make sure there is access to utilities (water) off your pitch, then you just need an aquaroll or similar if you need access to their water.
depending on what you want from your site, there are a few CL's in and around Clacton, Colchester and Ipswich and you dont have to be a club member at some of them ....
