Hi all looking ahead to next year and without sounding too antisocial lol but we’re looking for sites (anywhere in the uk) with large hedged private pitches EHU
Recently set up on a site with this and really enjoyed it over the normal large open areas we usually go to
Any recommendations

Hmm. Deeside Holiday Park near Aberdeen has some pitches bounded by tall hedges, but not all. Otherwise I can only think of sites where clusters of pitches have a tall hedge around them.
It’ll be interesting to see how many sites come up: there’s a maintenance cost to keeping hedges clipped (more than grass mowing the same area) or to get overgrown Leyland Cypress hedges removed & grubbed out.
Stonebridge Farm Caravan Park, near Weston Super Mare had hedged pitches when we visited in 2019, and I presume they still have. Fully serviced and with metered electricity which was very cheap compared to the usual £3 - £6 a night. (We paid £2.80 for two whole weeks!) Very reasonable pitch prices too in 2019. Lovely site that I reviewed on here at the time.
Treloy in Cornwall is good
I assume that you prefer not to use high and long carefully placed windbreaks as an (admittedly poor) alternative.
We take two blue diamond ones with us but only use if the situation requires it
We went to Parker’s farm campsite Ashburton on a Super pitch. These pitches about 10 of them had hedges as high as the caravan. The rest of the site pitches were all open with no divisions.

Have to agree with Colin, great site with wonderful family owners. Yes Colin the pitches are still the same, we stayed there this year in April.
They have 3 types of pitches. A few adult only hard standing (separated by hedges) fully serviced grass pitches (separated by hedges) and standard electric (not separated).
Well worth a visit
