Hi I am currently holidaying at woolacombe sands caravan park , this place is dog friendly in every way , dogs can even come to the club with you of an evening so never have to leave them in the caravan, what I was wondering is if there are any more sites like this where dogs are welcome in the club of a evening

I’ve stayed at many sites with a series of dogs, but you’re almost needing to know first about sites with a clubhouse, and there aren’t many in the areas we go to.
Until all the suggestions come flowing in, try the site search in an area you fancy going to, select ‘dogs allowed’ and ‘pub on site’ (and the other things you need) and read a few reviews or just phone the site. You’ll always be able to sit outside a clubhouse with a dog, after all.

-------------
2024 = 20 sites / 41 nights. 2023 = 9/23. 2022 = 13/35. 2021 = 11/29. 2020 = 4/20. 2019 = 13/35. 2018 = 20/33. 2017 = 10/22. 2016 = 19/33. 2015 = 15 sites / 27 nights. Didn't count 1976 to 2014.

For us tenters having somewhere to sit inside is nice especially when the weather turns inclement.
Parkers Farm just off the A38 ( Ashburton ) have fantastic facilities for dogs and they are allowed in part of the Clubhouse.

We once stayed at woolacombe sands caravan park, and we did have a dog then who came into the clubhouse with us. However, we rarely stay at sites with a clubhouse, that was just one exception. It was good to able to take him in though.

We have stayed several times at Eye Kettleby Lakes, near Melton Mowbray
Adults only with a lovely club house, half of which is dog friendly and normally full of our four legged friends
Beverley Park in Paignton Devon has a sports bar which is dog friendly, it is over the road from the touring park
They do charge £4.50 per night per dog which I think is too much especially as they do not have a dog walk or even dog bins on site
We have found Norfolk to be very dog friendly as is Dorset

What? £1 maybe, and I’d expect a poo bin at least. Lots of sites don’t charge anything for dogs but they don’t necessarily have clubhouses.
Choice: Dog? Or Clubhouse? We all have our own preferences.

Dog, it's years since we stayed at a site with a clubhouse, but I suppose it would be attractive to tent campers.

One of the best dog friendly sites we stayed at is oskada park near Scarborough. No limit on the amount of dogs. Whole site is securely fenced so dogs can be safe off lead. (You are still expecting to watch your dogs, pick up etc). There’s a huge paddock for them to play in. Has playground, agility, flyball equipment solely for dogs use. They’re a secure stream for them to play in. They are also allowed in the shop and lounge . So no need to leave them. Ours had a whale of a time
