ok there are plenty of sites open depends really where you want to head for and what you are looking to do once there, however, getting booked in may be an issue at such late date, normally new year is booked from the previous january and fills up very quickly.
ok what do you need to do? make sure your running on red gas (propane) it doesnt freeze as easily, also take your water pump into the caravan overnight, and when you are going out for more than a few hours. if you can lift the water barrel off the floor and cover with a hot water cylinder insulation, just make sure you have a container of water inside the caravan.
