anyone else having trouble booking c&mc club sites.
every one i try ,it says "not availlable"
ive even tried the most obscure site i can find, and put in several dates throughout the year, and still not available.
or can anyone who is not having trouble , please do a phantom book for me at Cadeside club site, in Somerset for one night on 21 may 2023.
thanks in advance.
i will ring tomorrow but be good if i have some "ammo" to get my point over

Tried Cadeside and books OK at £24.30 for that night.

Not sure if it would help your problem, but if you deleted all cookies from your phone/laptop/PC and try again?

Yes I had trouble yesterday, tried booking a site in Lake District for Oct and web site crashed on me citing some missing details that I'd already input to get as far as I had in process! Gave up, will try another day.
Went to main web site after downloading 'new' mobile app (old app no longer supported!) - what a dogs dinner that is, looked like a travel company promoting foreign holidays! When I got past all the BS I wasn't interested in to UK camp sites, it was woefully awful compared to old app, gave up on that too, between cr*p app and small screen endless scrolling just too much bother!
The marketing morons and accountants are running amok at CAMC, gets less and less like a members club!

Seems there are a lot of complaints about the booking system plus the map is awful. We wanted to locate sites with fully serviced pitches, but there are no filters for this despite members asking for filter going back years.
Eventually used the search on ukcampsite and ended up booking a commercial site in the same area which was £12 less than the nearby CAMC site so a win win!

We had the same issue with booking ferries as you 664Dave. Got everything in the basket we wanted, but the payment part didn't go through correctly and you were left in a payment limbo. Rang them to confirm. Apparently it had gone through, but the confirmation hadn't. I'm sure we never had this problem with the old booking web site version. Must be a Covid issue, or even Brexit. :)
