Hi, I'm looking to take the kids away week commencing 29th. Are there any good recommendations for a local site to the west Midland. I have a 10 year old boy and 13 year old girl!! Need a site that will keep them occupied. We have a Elddis Avante. Thanks in Advance

I take it you looked through the Camp Site Search Facility.

Have a look through that before you get any recommendations.

chances are this late in the day you will find that most sites will be fully booked, are you a member of either of the clubs? why not go on a rally? ok your running on gas and battery, but i doubt you will see much of your kids esp if you take a bike each with you, the rest of the kids there tend to play together just about all day long, and best bit is the cost of the rally is normally around £10 a night for all of you

At those ages I would look for a site with lots of places nearby for activities and day trips rather than activities on the actual site.

Look through sites on the site search, or pick an area you would like to explore, e.g Peak District and put in the dates on one of the… er….other campsite search sites that advertise a ‘pitch’ for your given dates. Hint.
