The site search on UKCS lets you tick ‘dogs allowed’ and ‘fishing on site’. If you put in “members only” it does limit the choice massively; some of the non-club sites are small & have good reviews.

I had forgotten about Broom Fisheries. Interesting buildings from WW2 and a reasonably priced breakfast at the cafe. The fishing lakes are nice to walk around but we don't fish so can't comment on that.
