Someone mentioned these in the thread about Club prices, but they have not replied to my query. Where are they?
Stonebridge farm, Weston Super Mare. One of the best sites I have been on and very reasonable prices when we went in 2019. No sure what they are like now. That is the one with metered electricity where I spent £2.80 on electricity in 2 weeks. Not a very small site, but at the time a lot cheaper than the nearest C&CC site. All pitches on one side of the main field were fully serviced at no extra charge, and divided up by hedges between each pitch.

Thanks Colin, been to Weston several times, not that site though
It's not right in Weston, it's about 10 - 15 minutes drive away. Very nice site though and very friendly owners. If the prices are as good as they were I would certainly go back.
According to Google, Stonebridge Farm Caravan Park is Temporarily closed. Now I am not sure if that means a seasonal closure or closed for another reason. Reading the website the people running the site (owners?) suggest that 2023 might be their last year so what that means in reality I am not sure.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!

According to their entry on UK Campsite they are open this year but only until the end of August. They do say that this could be their last year.
I did read somewhere that a road scheme of some kind could seriously affect their viability. I don't know whether there was any truth in that though.

I think they are now closed due to a bypass being built through the farm? However they were excellent value. We now use West End farm which is not far away.
According to their website they were 30 pn last year. That's not cheap either. I got the impression that these so called cheap sites would be 20 or less. Plus we have been to that area.
I think Silvercraigs at Kirkcudbright is £26 pn, that includes everything including EHU but you don’t need the toilets & showers. (Its profit goes back to the site & the local pool.) Larick at Tayport is also a local charity but I can’t remember the site fees & again, they include EHU, toilets & free showers.
I think sub £20 independent sites with EHU but without toilets & showers (which must bump up the price) might be few in number. (I can’t suggest any because we need site loos.)
