I'm pretty sure I have seen them, and huge Winnebago type motorhomes, at Black Horse Farm.

I would guess that access to some sites is likely to be more of a problem than actual pitch size.

It’s a fairly common question, if you search the forum. I’ve seen them at Mortonhall (Edinburgh), Castle Douglas (SW Scotland) and Blair Castle (near Pitlochry). I don’t know if they fit onto the standard pitch size of either of the clubs.
It’s not just the site that may limit where you can go, but the roads in the area. Personally, I’d keep off the C roads (yellow on the maps) & be very wary on the supposedly better B roads (orange), as they’re more likely to have unsighted tight bends etc.

I’ve seen a Motorhome that looks like a fancy coach at Moreton-in-Marsh. It would definitely have been longer than 40 feet.
