We used Broadings Farm last year, it's near the park and ride up the hill or a bus stop down the hill, they're about the same distance from the campsite entrance.
On our first day we had a pleasant walk downhill into town, it took about half an hour. We caught the bus back up to the park and ride and had a meal in the pub that's between the park and ride drop off and the campsite.
The second day we used the bus as we were walking up to the Abbey.
Broadings Farm has some nice views providing the sea fret isn't too bad. Levelling blocks are recommended.
