Difficult to answer that with certainty, would need to know the details of the supplier and the terms of contract that the site is bound by.
Camp sites will be charging commercial rates, as will be their supply contract, not domestic rates, so your home electricity costs are of no use as a comparison.
It could be genuine based on recent past rates, but looking a bit too high for current rates which have fallen dramatically over past year or so.
Resellers (the camp site) are not allowed by law to inflate the price to end user (you) over the rate they pay! .... but they may be tied into a contract at a high rate, rather than paying 'todays' much lower market price. Then again they may either accidentally (oversight) be continuing to charge a now obsolete rate, or deliberately being naughty and profiteering! Only sight of their current supplier contract would tell you that.

I've yet to use a camp site with metered electricity, so have no personal experience to compare rates with, others certainly have though, and they may be able to shed more light.

Nor would we, talk about extortion! £10 a night for electricity, we don't use anywhere near that at home in mid-winter, including gas central heating in a 3 bedroom house. The last time we went on a site with metered electricity was in July 2019 and we paid 20p a night. I know electricity prices have gone up quite a bit since then, but not that much!
If we go on a site where electricity is included un-metered, we go by the total all inclusive price. If its more than £25 a night we go somewhere else.

Are you referring to a static caravan or a touring caravan? Just about impossible for any recently built caravan to use £30 a day.
Got to agree with Ian, seems highly unlikely anyone could reasonably use around 47kWh per day at the OP's £0.64/unit cost, or more like 65kWh per day at todays much lower more common unit cost, with a touring caravan/MH.
Caravan equipment is built with modest demand in mind as intended to be powered by a limited EHU source of UP TO 16A TOTAL, but often less as 10A EHU not that uncommon even in UK. Caravans are reasonably well insulated, and even the largest is not a huge space to heat, so heating will NOT be running flat out all the time! The total demand from a caravan can ONLY be slightly more than can be run from a SINGLE 13A socket in a domestic premises! - and most 13A sockets in caravans are in fact limited to a 10A load by the single MCB protecting ALL sockets available, so additional heating over and above the fitted system is handicapped!
Only way I could see demand reaching that level would be with a high powered domestic type heater in an awning, and running near flat out continuously! - and most camp sites SPECIFICALLY ban such heating! ... Or maybe re-charging of an EV!
It could be the accumulative pricing structure of your pitches (which quickly totals to really quite expensive!) brings about the 'I'm paying dearly for it, I'll bloody well use it' mentality in your customers! Even the most reasonably of us tend to err towards that frame of mind if we feel value for money is in question, and I'm mindful of waste and global impact! But you'd have to put you're mind to using that much power!
I've just visited elderly friends with health issues meaning they need a warm environment, who are staying in their far from new touring caravan at a site not too far from me, they get 10kWh usage per day bundled in with their pitch fees (over that is charged at £0.46/kWh), and even with overnight temperatures down to low single figures and daytime just nudging into double figures in past few days, they are not even reaching anything like their bundled power allocation, let alone exceeding it! ... and much of their daily cooking is also done on electric hotplates/griddles!
If you're claiming £30 per day usage, I feel that bears further investigation into HOW the devil are they managing it!
