After all, it's not like a hotel or an aircraft, the site does not cater for individuals, it caters for camping units. A family of 5 are likely to flush the loo more times than just a couple. Use more loo roll (if provided by the site, which is common in the UK). Same for paper towels where applicable, or more hot air from the hand drier.
More hot water used at basins, showers, and pot wash. More muddy footprints to mop away in the facilities block. More rubbish in the site bins.
More electric too no doubt (which is why I'm a big fan of pay by meter).
