If you are now thinking of purchasing a residential park home to live in, there are lots for sale including many by the sea - but it depends what funds you have to purchase. The price varies according to location and age of the home - the older the home usually the cheaper it is. Prices (on fully residential parks)can be as high as £400K and as low as £30K.
Likewise, pitch fees can range from as high as £450 per month to as low as £110 per month (gas/electric/insurance/council tax/water/sewerage costs are extra). The pitch fee will increase by CPI each year.
The stipulation is RESIDENTIAL, when you will have no worries about sudden changes of site rules,being told your home is too old, being told to move away for a certain period, etc.
It may also depend on what your disability is, as you will have steps to negotiate to get in and out of your home, unless you find one already adapted by the previous owner with either a ramp or a side lift.
You need to search for residential park homes - there are a few websites, and also some FB pages.
There are NO, repeat NO, residential sites that will allow you to live in a touring caravan - those who do are using leisure sites and circumventing the legislation.
