Hi all,

I am off this weekend to stay with a large group of friends at the Royal Showground.

I was wondering if anyone has every been before and what i sould expect regarding showers etc???

It will be my first time camping in a long time (Last time i went i still didnt have to cook any food!!! ) so would love some feed back

Hi just wondered where the royal showground is?? I am going to the Royal Bath and West Showground next week for New Wine.

royal showground is down in wadebridge, cornwall

not sure if there is any showers yet

I've only camped on the Royal Welsh Showground at Builth Wells, basic showers & toilets, hookups, everything there, it's fine.

Surely the Royal Show is held at Stoneleigh in Worcestershire?

Stayed on the royal showground wadebridge a few times yes you can expect showers (electric last time i went) also can be fairly windy if camped on the top of site usually go with C&CC cornish group great bunch to go away to the temp hol wardens john Crocker and his family give you a fantastic welcome

ta to all who replied.

Went down to wadebridge last week and camped in the rain.

Tent poles broke and it keaked aswell.  Endded up leaving it there, it only cost £5 from a second hand shop 3 years ago. I have replaced some poles before so i think i need to grt a new tent.

site was good the showers were great and the kids spent ages in them when it was raining!!!!
