I'm new to the forum and just trying to find my way around. We have just bought our first tent and are staying at Parkfoot Ulleswater on the 12th & 12th Aug. As we have only just bought the tent we are very last minute for any sites for BH. Can anyone recommend a good family site within 2-3 hours driving distance from Morecambe which may have vacancies. Electrical hook up would be a bonus but isn't essential.
Thanks

We are going to Upper Carr near Pickering (N Yorks moors), we managed to get booked in earlier in the year, but might be worth giving them a call - they are on the campsite search.
Trace x
------------- May/June - Spring Valley
Aug/Sept - Leekworth
We're off to Cayton Village in Scarborough this week-end. Ask them earlier this week about friends coming up for BH. They said they should be able to fit in on the camping field but would have difficulty if needed EHU.
Probably just at the top-end of your driving range but noce part of the world.
