Just got back from a week at Brynich and wanted to share my experience.
The site is lovely with fantastic views of the surrounding Welsh countryside. The site has a well equipped shop and there are 3 play areas for the kids. The pitch we were on seemed a bit small but maybe that was because our tent is so big.
Would we go back again? No! There are too many rules for my liking (no roller skates, skateboards, roller blades to name but a few) and after reading other posts about the owner I would have to agree that his people skills are definitely lacking. I saw him move a couple from one pitch to another in the pouring rain once they had started pitching even though one of his staff had told them to pitch where they were. We helped them move pitch and put up their tent but couldn't believe he had moved them (to save the grass as someone had just vacated but he put them on another pitch that had also just been vacated).
To sum up the area is great with some breath taking scenery, the site is also very nice but the week was slightly spoiled by a feeling that we were naughty school children who didn't know how to behave.
