does any one know of a site thats  close to a golf course or even better a site on a course it has to be north yorks area cheers jez

Flower of May at Scarborough is next door to a nine hole course.

Uppercarr and Black Bull at Pickering have 9 hole course next to them with very reasonable prices.

The golf course at Rudding is championship standard but you will need a bona fide handicap (and plenty of money) to play it.  Bill Clinton played there on a visit to the UK a couple of years ago - bet they didn't check HIS handicap certificate.........or charge him for that matter!

Hi jezlee,
Like Steve said above, Flower of May has 9 Holer next door, and if you are there between 24th and 28th August I'll give you a game or 5!
I have'nt told wife yet, but as this site does'nt allow gazebos I WILL have room for my clubs in trailer!

           thanks for the offer graham sound too god an oportunity to miss,

           fortunatley for the wifes that is the sites fully booked for the bank holiday.

           sound a nice site though so i will try it later on ill try the course too.
