Hi there, not sure when you are planning to go to Cornwall, but we had trouble finding any campsite overlooking the sea that had a vacancy in August. In the end we have opted for Pembrokshire instead - always an option? In past years we have stayed in Morthoe, on a site called North Morte Farm, you can camp high on the cliff and it all overlooks the bay - from what I can remember the facitilites were good as well.
We would heartily recommend PENTEWAN SANDS in Cornwall. It has it's own beach adjacent to the site. 60 seconds and you're on the beach. It has entertainment each night (check out september though...) and is within striking distance of all the places one visits in Cornwall. The lost gardens of Helligan are within 15 minutes "walk" of the site.
Hope this might point you in the right direction...?

Hi Kathryn. Have to agree withNiLi6263 Pentewan sands is a brill site. We went there 4 years ago and had a great time. we have got harry the dog now , and they don't allow dogs on that site so we have had to look for another site and found a cracker near padstow called Harlyn Sands. 2 mins. walk down a track and you are on a beautiful sandy beach.we have been to this site 3 years running. There are reports of this site on the campsite search section if you want to have a look.
First things first Hi Harry! Thanks Mick, coming from Oldham so it's a long way, want to make sure that it's a good site, just e-mailed them to see if they have availibility so we will have to see!
Kathryn x
