Caroline, what is the name of the place, please? We need to widen our camping horizons and the place you mention sounds lovely. It is also within our budget. Camping is becoming exy.

Lynn

We will be arriving some time on Sunday. Leaving Saturday and will drive half way down, then the rest on Sunday. Long drive for us.

Have UCKS poster on side window, but have just done another, might put it in front window.

Will definately look out for you. We have a big soft lab cross dog, bound to see hubby walking it.

Mini meet.

Riverside caravan park, Swansea.

Caravan, awning & ehu £18.50 night, or tent £14.50 with £2 extra for ehu,  and includes up to 6 people per unit.

Indoor heated pool, free heated shower blocks, clubhouse with entertainment and bingo nightly. Kids gamesroom, chippy and small shop, laundrette. Small shallow lake on the site with ducks, geese and swans , great for littluns to fish for tidddlers with nets. Flat pitches, but a little cramped if you have the great big tents.

Riverside caravan park in Swansea, Is that the one on M4 J45, Ynysforgan interchange? You needed to camp there last time I tried to get on the M4 at that junction!

hi folks

The most expensive we have paid is £31 per night at Holgates in Silverdale. Beautiful camp with first class facilities. www.holgates.co.uk

The Cheapest (so far) £11 per nite at Wyreside Lakes Fisheries. Also a beautifully scened camp with a great bar and restaurant (excellent food!) and the most freindly staff.  www.wyresidelakes.co.uk

Both excellent sites will be going back to Wyreside first.
