 I haven't stayed here but when we went to that area last year we took a look at this site. It looked nice but it is quite large and looked very busy, though it was July. It is right by a lovely beach. There is a little train that takes you up to Wells as it is a fair way.If you travel north for a couple of miles there is another lovely beach with dunes, there is a private roadway with a car park at the bottom think the place is called Holkham.

went there in1999. clare & boys stayed in static caravan - friend of brother while brother & kids stayed in trailer tent on touring site.

little train to town saves a 15 minute walk.

5 minute walk to lovely beach.

only stayed 2 nights meself so can't say anymore than that.

Fantastic beach but you'll know that if you're local- I spent 18 years in Fakenham so know the area like the back of my hand! 

Campsite- I've only stayed once as I was due to go this year but the tent fields were waterlogged (this happens a lot apparently so worth a phone call before you set out- they didn't tell me and I was coming from Leeds...).  Lovely location but watch where you pitch your tent otherwise it's a very long walk to the toilet blocks!!

been there a couple of times with a small tent in the overflow field.

overall I was happy with the facilities available for the very reasonable pitch fee.
