Been looking myself for next year in this area, but haven't had much luck found a few nice sites but they want £43 a night and there is no way i am going to pay that.
Netty
------------- Hey, 5 beers has just as many calories as a burger, screw dinner!
Yes you have got the price correct ,that is reasonable, the trouble we have found is some of the sites charge for each kids,we have 3 kids and they want £5 a night for each kid doesn't seem fair to me.

have you tried warcombe farm woolacombe check reviews stayed there last august great site great shower block very clean park for kids also fishing lake sea views onsite shop and resteraunt very reasonable prices.
What about Lobb Fields ? Pretty central to the areas beaches. I may be here this weekend myself and you pay per pitch which was around £11 including awnings or pup tents, dogs etc. Service pitches available under the same terms last I used them.
Good luck.

Napps in berrynarbour near ilfracombe.Toilets and showers were spotless and new.Well stocked shop. The view from the tent field is breathtaking.wonderful to wake up to in the morning. The sunset is special to.Only downsides for me was the steep walk down to the beach but was worth it, and unless its peak season the shop closed in the afternoon
had a great week at big meadow in august took caravan only £11 inc elec also big tent field overlooking sea . site situated between ilfracombe & coombe martin on coastal path . site clean and kid friendly. decent pub Sawmill at side of site good food and beer . Booked to go back Spring Bank next year.
cheers

We had a week in Hidden Valley in July and would highly recommend it.
What a peaceful site, with really large pitches, friendly bar and well stocked shop. It is set in some nice grounds and loads of times we just went for a walk around the park, down to the lake where the ducks are it was great.
