Hi Iain, the most remote site we have been to is Bora Caravan Club site just off the A9 going towards Wick, but Sheil Bridge CC site is stunning just inland from Skye on the west coast. both very nice and remote(ish)...

CAN ANY ONE TELL ME WHERE THE MOST REMOTE SITE IS WITH BEST VIEWS
The site as Muasdale on Kintyre is brilliant. The pitches all overlook the sea - less than 10 metres to the sand. The site faces due west and sunsets are brilliant. You can also see seals just about all the time.
I suppose it depends on what you mean by "most remote". As the previous posters have indicated (if you are going to take it literally) you are looking at Scotland.
The remotest point in the British Isles is the hillside of Ruadh Stac Beag, between Letterewe Forest and Fisherfield Forest, which is 7 miles from any metalled road. There aren't any sites as I know of, but I wild-camped there in summer 1994.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
Sango Sands is a good camp site but didn't actually feel all that remote to me. There are lots of other candidates up the west and north coast of Scotland though.
