Hi still struggling to find seasonal pitch  would prefer the full 12 months somewhere across the country above the line of M62   Morcambe  across too scarborough at a reasonable price SUB £1000.   P rice varies a lot found one just into Scotland on the west coast £710.00 but would like one a little closer iff poss so it is easy to go for even a few hours  1hr - 1 1/2  would be great 2hr max  any info would be great.

P.S   Van to big to keep towing    you learn with experience   Hopefully

     Regards Birdy

The one below is adult only, and a March till October site, but I think there is some flexibility in the opening and shuting dates.

That looks like a nice site - and fishing as well! I'm bookmarking it for next year.

Birdy, the M60/M56 makes N. Wales worth a look these days as well. I can be in Denbigh in just over the hour.

Hi North Wales tends to be a bit busy and 2* for me dont get me wrong im not Stuck up anything but but i want to get away from it all thats why cumbria parts of yorkshire or southernScotland appeal to me but i wont totally discount north Wales but Towyn doesnt appeal to me.

Hello Dickybirdclocks if you want a nice quet site have you looked at http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=4559 We had our van sited there from March to October this year and it is really nice. There isnt anything on the site apart from the shower block which is excellent and its halfway between Settle and Skipton with easy access for the rest of the dales and north yorkshire. The people who run it are very nice and helpful and I know they have availability for next year. We have decided to do some touring next year but will be going back the following year all being well. Unfortunately they dont do the full 12 months but it may be worth a look.

Kind regards
Sue
