Do you know of any sites in the North East or North West of England where I can pitch a tourer caravan for a year instead of buying a static. Just I was thinking of the option of moving after a year or two. I have not bought a caravan yet. May have to "retire" to one due to wifes health after a car crash NOT HER FAULT! (Too much effort putting the 12 berth tent up..and I am not keen on trailer tents) So if you know of a 5 berth for sale in the North East...just remember I live in County Durham so I would not wish to travel miles and miles to view/buy.

Any information on possible sites would be great.

look in the local ad mag and ad trader on the web i did earlier this week for my mate but he was looking for a 2 berth i live in the same area so the ads will be the same queensberry bay caravan site do seasonal pitches and storage for just over £700 that includes storage seasonal pitch and electric hook up right on the solway coast a place called powfoot just past gretna green on the dumfries road no how you feel i sold my caravan 18 months ago as my wife was very ill and was touch and go for a while but now shes made a full recovery so we got another caravan best of luck in your search

sowerby caravan park near thirsk take seasonal tourers and also storage.nice site but toilets/showers are basic
