We are going to a concert at Rochester Castle in July (The Beautuful South..!) Has anyone been to any sites in the area - I've checked out the few that are listed on the site - but any other site not on here would be a great help.

Hi

Don't know of any sites near Rochester but just wanted to say I'm so jealous  The Beautiful South!!!!!!!  I'm just waiting for the rest of the tour to be announced, fingers crossed for Hull, hoping to get to at least a couple this time round.

There's no news yet....We have heard from the Derby Assembly Rooms though that they may be doing there on 22nd May though..! (Could be a bit better for you.)

Did you get to any of the Forest Tours...(Got the Dalby DVD at my elbow..!) We were lucky enough to get to both Delemere and Preston last year.!

We went to Dalby last year we stayed up at Whitby in the caravan for a week and travelled from there.  I liked turning it into a holiday.  We went to Sheffield the year before and Brid the year before that.  We have got a seasonal pitch near Skegness for this year my first thought when I heard the news of the tour was if they don't come too close to home at least I'll have another base in skeggy to travel to and from. Will just have to get the tent out if they don't come too close.

Just so you know, that site is about 100 metres from the M2 motorway which is 4 lanes in either direction. It is also on the light aircraft take off route from Rochester Airport........
