Were looking for a quite site in the new forest area for next summer. We are 2 adults (Kind of anyway!!!) and a well behaved dog. Were wanting good clean toilet blocks and electric hook up (Fair weather campers!!!!!!!!!!).

Any surgestions would be greatfully recieved, Cheers Richard

Hi Rich, try the Forestry Commision site at Holmsley ,big site with quiet corners,close to Christchurch and the big blue stuff, lots of things to do and see, but that area is very rich in campsites most are operated by the Forestry Commision so not too expensive'

 Our favoured site we’ve been to a few times is Hollands Wood, good shower blocks and loos etc, but not sure about leccy – he might need to ask.

Yes, all the New Forest sites including the Forestry Commission ones, are listed at http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/results3.asp?search=new+forest&by=town, and they all have visitor reviews to read, except one I think.
