Been going for about twenty years with a caravan; if not for the main (fortnight) holiday, at least one week or a couple of weekends each year. There's a nice little pub on site, children's playground and a takeaway shop (open in the evenings). The whole site is split into seperate "colour name" areas, closest to the pub/playground/shop being green.
If you want TV reception however, green is poorer (lower down) while purple is about the highest/best. If you want to walk, there's plenty of up and down tracks through the site!

See our review on here. Nice site, but the loos / showers were we where were a bit iffy, other parts of the site were much nicer. Big site, bar on site. Nice would go back perhaps for a weekend. This was one of the very first sites we went to with our very first tent that leaked. Fond Memories !!!!!

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
This was also the first site we camped on a few years ago now. We were near the pub and the showers/loos were a little basic but clean. We camped in a little glade with four other tents and I seem to remember someone lit a campfire.
Yeh we only had about 4 or 5 neighbours, liked the idea of the layout, we were in the blue zone so furthest away from the pub etc. Very quiet at night though must admit.
I TAKE GRAM THAT YOU LIKE THE SITE THEN!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, Lynn, I think you can say that in my opinion, it's not too bad........
I have actually posted this reply twice already, but for some strange reason it seems to disappear...... perhaps it's because I posted a link to the website in response to Sunseeker at the same time - but no-one has told me.....

Gram, can you read this
Important: If you are posting details of a site, please ensure you link to their UKCampsite.co.uk listing, not direct to their website, to enable reviews etc to be read!
It's at the top of every message form
Cheers!

Whoops!!
Most sincere apologies; I plead old age, temporary insanity, DT's, failing sight..... what else can I think of?
Oh yes, remind myself that "RTFM" also applies to the screen in front of me - I'll have to learn to touch type, and then I can look at the screen more instead of the keyboard....
Once again, Sorry!!!!
