We are after a campsite in Cornwall for the summer. It is for 2 families, 5 children in all ages 4-9 , we don't want a commercial site with bar, pool etc. We want a more traditional site where the kids can have some freedom and we can have a relaxing time if possible!!
I have found one site which looks interesting, South Penquite Farm - No reviews for this campsite wondered if anyone has been and what is it like. Also has anyone been to the National Trust Site at Lansallos?
If you can recommend anywhere please help ... not really bothered where in Cornwall we are, don't want anything too expensive though ...
Thanks in advance for your help

Well we love it at Gwithian Farm Campsite.Went 4 times last year and allready booked to go 2 times this year.No entertainment nice pub nearby, close to beaches and dog freindly one too.
And best of all Clair & Mike who run the site are really nice people.
I can vote for Boscrege - went there first time last year after many happy August fortnights at Trelowarren on the other side of Helston.
Were worried about finding a site like Trelowarren. Boscrege was it - large field with units round the edge (some with EH) plenty of space for kids to play. Not near a main road so they can wander. Owners very pleasant. Nice pub in the village about a mile away.
Going back end of June in a static caravan with the parents.
