Do you need showers? if not then the Foresty Commission site at Roundhill is brilliant, there are wash cubicles, toilets and CDP but no EHU. Try their website as they have loads of sites in the New Forest some with all facilities and some with fewer. Also in New Forest area is Sandy Balls (ouch!) I know they take under 18's and have full facilities
