Has anyone got any ideas of a sight in the peakditrict area which is quiet, in the middle of no where and has lots of walking routes. Can be tents only as i have either tent or caravan, only requirements is toilet and shower area if possiable.

All the sights i have seen are club type sites which tend to get over run.

Cheers

My personal favourite is Upper Booth Farm about a mile from Edale and on the Pennine Way.

The walking is a bit serious though especially north and west (Kinder Massive), south and east takes you to Castleton.

A search on edale as town is here ignore the ones that are in wharfedale etc cos they come up too.
