I would assume that this would not affect a service pitch, as this is only directing the water supply to your caravan and I have always thought this is classed the same as a domestic source anyway. As with the current hosepipe ban I think this is why they don't allow you to wash your van on site, it will be interesting to read other poeples views/comments,
