Anyone been here, looking to visit in the summer and would be interested in anything you have to say whether it be positive or negative.  Still an amateur at camping been away about 6 times last year, Stonehaven, Kinloch Rannoch, Stonehaven again, near inverness last summer, but really going to give it a go everyweekend if we can throughout the summer, but main holiday going to be in auchmelvich.

Hi I am guessing you mean Achmelvich. Not stayed at the caravan park but stayed at the youth hostel nearby. It depends what you want from a holiday. It is very quiet superb scenery, fabulous beach,great places to visit with 30 minute drive. Nearest town is Lochinver about 3 miles away with a few pubs, restaurants

The caravan park looked to be OK and there were certainly a few caravans on site mainly statics. Hope this helps, if you need any info about the area let me know
