Can anybody suggest a campsite within a couple of miles of the beach in Wales, that's a good price, I can just turn up at and is no more than 2 1/2 - 3 hours from the Midlands? Also, does anyone know if there is still a campsite at Ogmore on Sea? Thanks.

hi eddie, try henllys in towyn north wales, we was there last week on a touring pitch they have a massive camping field very tidy, they also have brand new shower / toilet block's no shop,s or club on site but all you need is just a short walk from the site the beach is about a10 min walk from the site. also we did not need to book when we phoned they told us to just turn up dont know if it's same for campers.well eddie, hope this help,s happy camping!
