Hope you all can help. I have just come back from a camping and caravaning site in Crowden Derbyshire where the facilities were not up to scratch, and need your help. I have booked a camping and caravaning site at Sennen Cove in August as it seems a nice small quiet site away from the busy over crowded sites that appeal to Families. Has anyone got any pictures of the site other than those on the camping and caravaning own website? as cannot find much information on it. More importantly if anyone can tell me a bit more about the site- mainly the toilet block facilities- are they kept clean and are the facilities quite old and dated- or regularly maintained. I must sound really fussy- but the last two holidays I have had it has rained non stop and the only thing that I find keeps you going through the bad weather is a site where the standards are high- as it makes you want to go back despite the poor weather forcast.
Hope someone out there can help xx
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
Just have a squiz on here . You won't see any different piccies but there is a ukcs members review so it might help get a more rounded view of the site Hopefully, somebody will be along with some of their own piccies for ya.
We went last year and the facilities were spot on. We have two young kids and they let us use the disabled shower room as a family room for the duration of our stay.
It is a lovely site, we stayed in the second week of July and it was brilliant. Very clean and up to date. The pizza van does lovely food, I think a chip van and a butchers van go there too.
The beach itself at Sennen cove is absolutely great.
