Don't know of any sites around Birmingham but if you have a squiz on  the camp site search box at the top of your screen, (can't copy it in again for some weird reason...spooky day on copying), you should strike lucky.

But if all else fails....put the tent up in the garden

Just having another go at copying in the link and look.....23 magic!

Try Rivendale, they have a pub type of place that they allow children into.

We are off to a place called Wentnor near Bishops Castle.  Great for the kids with a stream and play park.  There is a pub at the top of the entrance to the campsite.  Locals are great and food great too.  They dont mind kids as long as they are supervised.

If you book there we mite see you.

We bought a satelite dish to watch the tv whereever we go.

Good Luck.

Right then, technical question

Realistically, what sort of aerial do I really need. I have one that is on top of my wardrobe for the portable television in my bedroom (never got round to doing that cable extension!) It is about four years old. Would this work in my caravan do you think? It is very good at getting reception just don't know if this will be okay?

Also  having not even collected the caravan yet, I am presuming that when we arrive at our site on Saturday lunchtime, there will be enough power to run a portable tv should we choose to take it? We have hook up, so not running it off a battery.

Thanks in advance

Tracy
