Greetings

I have been searching the internet trying to find out details for a campsite in Appletreewick in the Yorkshire Dales very close to Burnsall  / Bolton Abbey. Its just up the road from the New Inn and almost opposite a pub called the Cravendale Arms I think. Anyway I went past it at the weekend and it was packed and had a sign outside saying campsite full. With its location on the riverbank and proximity to these two outstanding pubs I'd very much like to stay there for a few days but obviously I'd like to book first and not drive all the way there with caravan to find it full etc. Unfortunately I cant find details on this site or elsewhere. I'm sure some users of this site will know the place I mean so please let me know what its called / contact details.

many thanks

Johnny

Hi johnny, the site is called Masons Farm-this was meant to be alink but I'm abit thick so you will have to copy/paste!!!! http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=5011

It really is a good site, friendly etc & they take bookings. Got to agree the Craven Arms food & beer is worth the visit alone !!! Blinking heck it is a link now !!!

See you all soon, Bernard.

we are lucky to live in Appletreewick and the campsite is called Masons Farm, lovely setting as well as the 2 pubs in Appletreewick also 2 great ones in Burnsall, also within walking distance, the Red Lion and a little more upmarket the Devonshire Fell. Hope you enjoy your stay.
