Hi all.

I am after some advice about a site in North Devon but have some quite specific requirtements for the site.

Not been camping before so this is the first trip out for the new tent.

Ok, the situation is this.  I'm intenting just to give the tent an outing one weekend in August and I want to combine this with a trip to the beautiful roads of Devon on my motorcycle.  Having mentioned this to a couple of friends they like the idea so firstly I'm in need of a site that is happy to accomodate motorcyclist - and we are not rough hells angels types!!!   - So thats's the first issue.

Secondly one of the group thinks the idea of camping is no for him so we are looking at being close to a reasonable large are or a known B&B or similar for the unadventerous.

Thirdly it would be nice to make a weekend of it by being close to a nice local pub that serves food.  No going for camp grub of the first outing.   Failing a nice local nearby maybe a site with facilities on OR both.

So there we go, I've had a look through the list of sites but it's often better to seek personal experiences.

Thanks

Piers
