Norfolk has some lovely sites to choose from, it depends what you're looking for... Give us 'a few pointers' and perhaps we can give you a few recommendations. You've already mentioned "Rose Farm" near Burgh Castle, that has a very good reputation as a family site...
Weather wise the last month has been brilliant, with almost unbroken sunshine. But this is Britain, so you can't take it for granted!... The Beaches in Norfolk are lovely, particularly around Winterton, Horsey and Sea Palling way... Then of course, you have the 'Broads' a lovely and unique place to explore, particularly by boat which you can hire by the hour or day at most Broadland villages... Most villages have at least one pub (some have a pub on every corner!) so there's plenty of places to eat and drink... Generally speaking, Norfolk is a quiet, restful sort of place, though you can find 'noisier entertainment' in Gt. Yarmouth & Norwich or at any of the many holiday camps between Gt. Yarmouth and Hemsby...
I'm sure you'll find somewhere to suit you in Norfolk and have a brilliant holiday...

Hi as Andy says I think part of it is what you are looking for, there is a lovely little site just near the Broads called the 'Reedham Ferry' and the pub there does the most extensive range of meals you could ever dream of, this site isn't too far out of Great Yarmouth

If you fancy a sea view one of the loveliest sites we have ever stayed on is 'Sandy Gulls' near to Cromer that is really lovely on the cliff top and sea views from your window.

We tend to avoid the more family orientated with a club type sites, and these two fit the bill hope that helps a little.
