Northam Farm in Brean, Somerset has bathrooms (£1 but well worth it!!). Kneps Farm, Thornton-Cleveleys Lancs has 10  family bathrooms(no charge) with WC, Bath, shower and wash basin in each. Centrally Heated and spotlessly clean in both parks.

Seaview International near Mevagissy in Cornwall has a couple of bathrooms.  I think there was a small charge for their use, but everything was exceptionally clean.

Castlerigg Hall, Keswick has a bathroom.  There's a small charge but it is lovely.

Rowston Park in Tenby has a family bathroom, as well as some showers that are sort of outside but under cover, and are for use by either gender so a family could decamp their together to get clean if necessary!!

Leedons Park, Broadway had family bathrooms but we never used them.

One of the older reviews for this Cornish site mentions baths.

Might be worth checking they're still there if you were thinking of travelling that far

Shamba Holiday park in Ringwood has a family bathroom.  You book it for a 30 min slot for a pound.  All of their facilities are brand new and incredibly clean - best I've ever seen. They even have a kiddie loo that is lower with a cut away door for Mum to peek over.  It's all been so well thought out!
