Has anyone stayed at the cc+c club site at lynmouth? Ive looked for reviews on the campsite search but there is only one

We have stayed at Sunny lynn at Lynnmouth fantastic site.Have a look at that one.

The c&cc site is up the hill at Lynton.  It's quiet and seemed pleasant enough when we spent a night there but it is a bit of a walk down the hill if you want to go to a pub or out for a meal (and I'd get a taxi back if I were you - the climb back up the hill is not for anyone who is anything less than very fit!)

Thanks all I have tried to get in to sunny lyn but its full for the week I want thought this site might be a reasonable alternative though dont fancy dragging the kids on a mountain climbing expedition to get to the pub in the evening.

 not stayed in lynmouth, but visited for the day (incase you havent been before??)   and can recommend the place itself.... chocolate box pretty!!!

Thats a shame,but youcould try Water mouth cove and hidden valley,they are close to Lynmouth and combe martin.both lovely sitesMargie

Thanks once I found out I needed to be a flipping mountain goat and the kids fell runners just to get to and from the pub at this sight ive tried every site in the area and the dates i want and there either full or charge stupid money for the week.
Personally I CC+C for there poor brochure and descriptions that tell you nothing of real importance.

Also Woolacombe isnt far away from Lynmouth & there are several good sites in that area.
