We have just been Stanmore Hall in Bridgenorth and whilst on Severn Valley Railway we saw a riverside campsite (Unicorn Inn) near Bewdley. Has anyone been here who can give their views of it...???

Haven't stayed there but did walk through the site a few weeks ago whilst walking along the Severn Valley - looked nice, a few people setting up on a Friday afternoon, but no idea how busy it was by the evening.

We stay down at Bewdley every year and had a look at this one last year. It is a nice location but at the time it was full of travellers and dogs running loose which did put us off, there were also a lot of permanent tourers on site. This area gets very busy at weekends becasue of the ferry as it is situated at Hampton Loade very near to the Railway Station and a pub. Not the place to be if you are looking for a relaxing weekend

A friend of ours spent a weekend there, said pub was a bit noisy on the evening, neighbours woke him up with thier shouting in the morning!

Think it was quiet enough in the day, nice too with the river on one side and the SVR on the other but i dont think id stay there, i likes me sites quiet
